You must reside in one of the following areas:

Chester County

  • Charlestown Twp
  • Phoenixville Borough
  • Spring City Borough
  • East Coventry Twp
  • Schuylkill Twp
  • East Nantmeal Twp
  • East Pikeland Twp
  • South Coventry Twp
  • East Vincent Twp
  • West Pikeland Twp
  • North Coventry Twp
  • West Vincent Twp

Montgomery County

  • Collegeville Borough
  • Royersford Borough
  • Limerick Twp
  • Trappe Borough
  • Lower Pottsgrove Twp
  • Upper Providence Twp
  • Lower Providence Twp

Proof of residency is required. Proof can include:

  • Identification with current address (ie, drivers license, state ID card)
  • Copy of lease agreement

Also, you must demonstrate financial need, meet program financial guidelines and must not have insurance or inadequate insurance for dental, vision, mammograms or prescription medications.
