Mammogram Program

Uninsured individuals may be eligible for a free mammogram voucher. The Mammogram Program is a collaboration between Health Care Access, Phoenixville Hospital, and Penn Radiology.

Program Guidelines

  • A Physician’s Prescription for a mammogram is required
  • Eligibility screening is done over phone; no program application necessary
  • Funding is available for further diagnostics if medically indicated
