Prescription program

Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

The Prescription Program assists eligible individuals with applications to pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Programs (PAP’s) that provide annual supplies of medications at no cost.

Program Guidelines:

  • Must have prescribing physician for application signatures and approval
  • Medication must be needed on a long-term basis
  • Applicant must meet pharmaceutical financial and other guidelines

Emergency Prescription Assistance

Emergency Assistance with prescription medications is also available for those who qualify.

Over the counter drugs, quality of life drugs and controlled substance prescriptions are not covered.
